Energy work is a language of movement and alchemy. Light energy is very much alive. It has its own intelligence, purpose, and even its own pulse. I track its movement as it goes through me when I work with a client. It guides me where to go and how much to give. I think of myself as a faucet and the water as the energy. You get to decide what you will do with the water. Will you drink it? Is it for your face and hands? Maybe it’s for your whole body. It’s up to you. There is no right or wrong way to receive an energy session. The key is to be open and allow. 

Most of my energy sessions are remote. We have a quick call before the session begins. Give yourself about an hour to relax into the session and take your time getting up. You will need to be lying down in an uninterrupted, comfortable place. I recommend listening to something that feels spiritual to you: crystal bowls, mantra, or meditation sounds of nature. Have a glass of water next to you for when the session is complete.
